All goods and services of LumiGram are subject to the following "Conditions of Use" of LumiGram. Terms and conditions different from those specified herein are only effective if expressly approved by LumiGram.
These Conditions of Use also apply to future business relations, even if they are not expressly agreed upon in advance.
"End User" as per these Conditions of Use is a natural person who places orders with LumiGram for purposes which are not associated with the person's commercial or free-lance activities. "Tradesman" as per these Conditions of Use is a natural or legal person or a personal company with legal status who buys goods from LumiGram in pursuit of its commercial or free-lance activities.
Offers on this website are without engagement, unless otherwise specifically agreed as binding. Orders are only considered to be firm if acknowledged by LumiGram and carried out by shipment of the goods. Orally agreed collateral arrangements are not effective without a written confirmation.
The contract is created by the customer e-mailing an order or filling in and confirming the form on this website and by LumiGram acknowledging and proceeding with the order.

List prices quoted on LumiGram web site are valid at the time of ordering.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Default prices are in Euros (€). Sales taxes are included, shipping fees are not included.
Invoicing : a detailled invoice will be sent with each order.

Shipping fees depend on the shipping address (country, location) and on the weight of the package. Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout and are mentioned in the order form and invoice.

The products available at www.lumigram.com are shipped worldwide, except a handful of countries.
If your country is not accepted during the checkout process, please contact our Customer Service.
Shipping is done by Colissimo International or Chronospost (express postal services), at the address mentioned by the customer during the checkout process.

Lead Time :
Standard lead time is 15 days. However, depending on customer location, it can be up to 90 days. Lead time starts from the validation of the payment.
If the product is not delivered within 90 days, then the customer is entitled to cancel its order and ask for a refund by LumiGram.

All orders must be fully paid in advance. Several payment methods are available :

• Credit card or Debit card (online payment on www.lumigram.com, via PayPal secured servers)
• PayPal
• Check in Euros
• Wire Transfer

The goods are shipped ex stock of LumiGram warehouse. The risk of loss or damages will in all cases pass to the customer as soon as the shipped goods leave the warehouse or the office of LumiGram.

Orders are neither exchanged nor reimbursed, except in 2 cases:

• if the product delivered to the customer does not correspond to the product ordered by the customer (faulty or non compliant products).
  Malfunctioning or non compliant products must be returned to LumiGram within seven (7) days after they are received by the customer.
  Product returned under this P/E Policy must be in unaltered condition, in original packaging with standard supplied accessories. LumiGram reserves the right to assess appropriate charges for missing major accessories.

All deliveries and services are subject to a reservation of all proprietary rights. LumiGram continues to own all goods delivered until full payment of the purchase price is received or all cheques and drafts are honoured and all other demands are settled in accordance with the agreement concluded between LumiGram and the customer.

LumiGram stores a limited number of personal datas about its customers when they create an account: Name, Street address, e-mail.
This information is for LumiGram internal use only.
LumiGram will not provide this information to any third party.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between LumiGram and its customers. If a part, provision, or clause of the terms and conditions of sale, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, void or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect and shall leave valid all other parts, provisions, clauses or applications of the terms and conditions remaining, and to this end, the terms and conditions shall be treated as severable. The section titles used in these terms and conditions are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect.
Commercial domicile for the performance of the contracting parties is the registered seat of LumiGram. The legal domicile is agreed to be the court competent for the place of performance, if the customer is a tradesman, a legal person or special institution by public law or if he does not have a general venue in the registered seat of LumiGram.
