Order Conditions:

• Acceptance of offer: by official irrevocable purchase order
• Delivery mode: as requested by consignee
• Payment terms: advance payment, all prices are EXW Paris net EUR prices
• Delivery time: will be confirmed by LumiGram prior to ordering

Wholesale orders can be paid by:

• Credit Card or Paypal account, both via PAYPAL (details will be provided upon reception of your order)
• Wire Transfer (bank details will be provided upon reception of your order)
• Check in Euros (details will be provided upon reception of your order)

Shipping & Returns :

Wholesale orders are shipped worldwide with Colissimo International or Chronospost (express postal services).

Wholesale orders are neither exchanged nor reimbursed, except in case of malfunctioning products.
Malfunctioning products must be returned to LumiGram within seven (7) days after they are received by the customer.
Product returned under this P/E Policy must be in unaltered condition, in original packaging with standard supplied accessories. LumiGram reserves the right to assess appropriate charges for missing major accessories.

Product returns will be accepted by LumiGram only with a confirmed return authorization: prior to any return, please mandatory contact our Customer Service, in order to get a return number. Items shipped back without return number will not be reimbursed.
In any case, returned products are under the customer's responsibility until they are received by LumiGram, and return shipping fees are born by the customer.
