Shipping is done by Colissimo International or Chronospost (express postal services), at the address mentioned by the customer during the checkout process.
Lead Time :
Standard lead time is 15 days. However, depending on customer location, it can be up to 90 days. Lead time starts from the validation of the payment.
If the product is not delivered within 90 days, then the customer is entitled to cancel its order and ask for a refund by LumiGram.
RETURNS:
Orders are neither exchanged nor reimbursed, except in 2 cases:
if the product delivered to the customer does not correspond to the product ordered by the customer (faulty or non compliant products). Malfunctioning or non compliant products must be returned to LumiGram within seven (7) days after they are received by the customer. Product returned under this P/E Policy must be in unaltered condition, in original packaging with standard supplied accessories. LumiGram reserves the right to assess appropriate charges for missing major accessories.

Product returns will be accepted by LumiGram only with a confirmed return authorization:
prior to any return, please mandatory contact our Customer Service, in order to get a return number. Items shipped back without return number will not be reimbursed.
In any case, returned products are under the customer's responsibility until they are received by LumiGram, and return shipping fees are born by the customer.
In any case, the initial shipping fee is not refunded.
